Lunge Balance - Ankle Taps

Adopt a lunge position with one leg bent forward with the knee bent at a 90-degree angle and resting on the knee and tip of the toes of the back leg.

Make sure both legs are in line.

Tap the front foot on the floor.

Keep your balance.
