Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

Before making an appointment at Benji Physio, please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. 

Treatment Fess

By making an appointment, you are responsible for all fees incurred at Benji Physio associated with your treatment (or your child/dependant treatment) once it has been booked and you agree to pay any and all outstanding balance on your accounts unless covered by an insurance company or a specific third-party.

You also are responsible for paying any excess or any outstanding balance due that your insurance company (if you are using one) does not cover for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

By making an appointment, it is the patient’s responsibility to attend, as lateness or missed appointments inconvenience everyone. A minimum of 24 hours is required, otherwise, the patient will be billed the FULL price of the session fee for a late cancellation or a non-attendance.  Please be aware that your  insurance provider will not cover that fee and you will have to pay us directly.

To assist you, Benji Physio offer an appointment reminder service by a text sent 48 hours before the next scheduled appointment, unless you tell us that you wish to opt out of this service. 

Please make sure you read your text reminder when you receive it to check that the day and time are the same as you expected.

Please note that this service is provided by a third party and Benji Physio cannot accept liability in the event that you do not receive an appropriate text message.
