Dumbbell Shoulder Flexion

In standing, lift your dumbbell in front of you to shoulder level.

Do not swing your back backward or shrug your shoulders. If you do, take a lighter weight.

Repeat as precribed.

Subacromial impingement

Long head of Biceps injury

Scapular control

Thoracic pain

Low back pain

Neck pain
