Who am I?

I am originally from Dublin but have lived in Edinburgh for the last two years. I have just completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University. I am now a registered Physiotherapist here in Scotland. I also have a B.Sc degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy, which I completed at home in Ireland. I am also a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor. Pilates goes hand in hand with Physiotherapy as it promotes correct movement patterns and can transform, guide and help people of all ages and abilities with various injuries.

I have always been passionate about sports, exercise and fitness. Back home, I have competed locally and nationally in a range of sports. Now, living in Scotland, I love going to the gym and I have been introduced to the world of Crossfit. I have also taken up hiking and cycling. I like sharing my knowledge in health and fitness in my profession.
